40 Kiwanians, Builders Club members, PTA members and others (plus three dogs) descended on the Nature Trail at Crabapple Middle School, refreshing one trail and re-establishing a second trail.

In addition to Kiwanians, Historic Roswell Kiwanis enlisted PTA members, Crabapple Middle School Builders Club members, and other community members.

The four-acre nature trail on the Crabapple Middle School campus has fallen into disrepair and had become overgrown. A straight-line wind event also occured in February 2008 which brought down numerous trees. Volunteers worked to restore the nature trail to its original condition.

Our Motto is “Serving the Children of the World”. Working at Crabapple Middle on Saturday morning is  just one of the many ways we do that. In addition to clearing and cleaning the nature trail on campus, volunteers also worked all over the campus, spreading mulch in beds around the school. The nature trail will be used by teachers and students.
