Division 14 hosted its Governor's Official Visit for Georgia Kiwanis Governor Dewey Smith with a unique "tailgate" theme on November 4, 2006, held at Kingsley Elementary School in Dunwoody. In keeping with the "tailgate" motif, each person in attendance was invited to to wear his or her favorite team apparel.
KCHR's delegation was led by club president Carla Kelley and Past Georgia Kiwanis Governor Ron Jackson. Historic Roswell Kiwanis had the largest Kiwanis delegation at the Rally.
