International President Leads Georgia District Growth Summit

Kiwanis International President Don Canaday led a Growth Summit for North Georgia Kiwanians on November 7, attended by Roswell Kiwanians Jim Hirz, Ron Jackson and Roger Lamprey and dozens of other Georgia Kiwanians.

Decline in membership has been a problem for all civic and service clubs, including Kiwanis, in the past few years.  President Don, a proven club builder and growth expert, is carrying his message throughout the Kiwanis world.

President Don presented all three Roswell Kiwanians his special "Heart of a Kiwanian" pin, in recognition of their commitment to recruit at least one new member during this administrative year. 

The event was held at Gwinnett Environmental and Heritage Center in Buford.  It was part of the International President's two-day visit to Atlanta and Americus.
