Historic Roswell Kiwanis Collects Food for North Fulton Community Charities

Each week of the year, North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC) distributes more than nine tons of food and staple goods. Over 17,218 family food distributions were made in 2007.  People are in need even in North Fulton and at times other than winter holidays.

During the month of July, Historic Roswell Kiwanis will be collecting canned food and other items for the food pantry at North Fulton Community Charities. 

Kiwanians can bring items to weekly meetings or by contacting Anne Grabois-Davis.

While all donations are welcome, this month NFCC is low on:

Peanut butter

Boxed cereal

Canned fruit

You may want to take advantage of supermarket specials and coupons such as the Buy- One, Get-One offers (BOGO) or the Publix coupon in the Sunday papers offering a mystery item for a penny. Warehouse clubs often sells large size peanut butter in a 2 jar pack.
