Roswell Police Officer of the Year: Andy Reach, Master Police Officer

On May 21, 20009, Historic Roswell Kiwanis recognized Master Police Officer Andy Reach (left) as Roswell's Police Officer of the Year.  Also honored was Roswell Police Supervisor of the Year Sergeant Kevin Smith. Legion of Honor Kiwanian Mayor Jere Wood made the presentation on behalf of Historic Roswell Kiwanis.  Roswell Police Chief Ed Williams was the featured speaker.
