Roswell Read-In wraps up Reads Around The World

for Historic Roswell Kiwanis

Roswell Read-in, a reading "mini-marathon" at Roswell North Elementary School, completed Historic Roswell Kiwanis' annual Read Around The World project for 2009. Kiwanians and Roswell City officials read to all first grade students in the school's media center in honor of Dr. Suess' 105th birthday.

Guest readers included: Kay Love, Roswell City Administrator;  Stu Moring, Director of Environment and Public Works; Roswell City Council members Rich Dippolito, Jerry Orlans and David Tolleson; Karen Tennery from Historic Roswell Kiwanis; and, Immediate Past Kiwanis Club President Chris Van de Griend.
